Booking & Cancellation Policy


Bookings:
All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 7 days of booking. 
Balance is due on arrival for ALL the booked dates.

Online bookings require payment of 100% of the total.


No pets in cabins and must be on a lead at all times

Cancellations:
30 days notice is required for Christmas, Easter, Long Weekends, Melbourne Cup, School Holidays, Hot Rod Weekend and the Autumn Festival.
Less than 30 days notice at these times will not receive a refund.

7 days notice is required at all other times. Less than 7 days notice will not receive a refund.
Any refunds processed will incur an administration fee: 
$20 for sites

$50 for cabins
Cancelled bookings are not transferable. 
All confirmed dates must be paid for.
