Booking & Cancellation Policy


Bookings:
All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 7 days of booking. 
Balance is due on arrival for ALL the booked dates.

Online bookings require payment of 100% of the total at time of booking.


Pets:
Well behaved pets are welcomed in the park but must be kept on a lead at all times.  Pets are not permitted in cabins.

Cancellations:
Peak Periods:  A refund (less administration fee) will be provided for all cancellations where 30 days notice is provided. Peak periods include Christmas, Easter, Long weekends, Melbourne Cup, School Holidays, Hot Rod Weekend, & Autumn Festival. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date during these periods are not refunded.

Other times:  A refund (less administration fee) will be provided for all cancellations where 7 days notice is provided. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date are not refunded.

All refunds processed will incur an administration fee: 
$20 for sites

$50 for cabins
Cancelled bookings are not transferable. All confirmed dates must be paid for.
